Decreenominating Gov.RVN 2 July 2018
Referring to the Decree No.350-TT-SL dated April 14,1975 appointing Mr Nguyen Ba Can to the position of Prime Minister,
Referring to the Declaration dated March 16, 2015 of the Government De Jure of the Republic of Vietnam presided by Mr Le Trong Quat, former Minister of State, Republic of Vietnam,
Considering the need to address the exceptional situation in Vietnam and in the world related to Vietnam,
Decrees :
Art 1 – The De Jure Government of the Republic of Vietnam is composed of the following members of Cabinet:
- Defense Minister: assumed concurrently by Prime Minister
- Foreign Affairs Minister : Professor Le Đinh Thong, Ph.D.
- Justice Minister : Mr Lam Chan Tho, Esq.
- Interior Minister : Mr Tư Tri
- Education Minister : Mr Nguyen Anh Tuan, Ph.D.
- Finances – Economy Minister : Mrs Hoang Thi
- Transport and Public Works Minister: Engineer Nguyen Cuu Long, Ph.D.
- In charge of European Union Minister: Mr Nguyen Nam Long
- In charge of Relations with religions Minister : Mr Dinh Quoc Viet
- Health and Social care Minister : Dr Nghiem Phu
- Youth and Sports Minister : Mr Nam Le
- Labor Secretary of State: Mrs Ngo Diem
- Information Secretary of State : Mr Tran Long
- Women and Family Secretary of State: Mrs Hoàng Lan
- Secretary of State attached to The Prime Minister : Mrs Trang Minh
Art 2 – The Ministers and Secretaries of State take the responsibility for the execution of this Decree.
